Mediation Services

Jody has mediated disputes in all of the following areas: contract, tort, personal injury and employees' compensation claims, medical negligence, employment and discrimination matters, property and building management disputes, probate and shareholders' disputes and Lehman-Brothers' related investment disputes. 

In 2006, Jody also successfully co-mediated a public dispute between Housing Department and Dickson Constructions Sub-contractors arising from the re-entry of a construction site.
