A.    Litigation

Jody was graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Hong Kong and has been qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in October 1993.  She has specialized in civil litigation and has worked with both local and international law firms in Hong Kong with substantial experience in commercial litigation, building management disputes, property-related litigation, arbitration, insurance, personal injury and health and safety litigation.  She has taken up the role of professional support lawyer in DLA Piper Hong Kong since August 2006 and was the Senior Professional Support Lawyer before she left the firm.  She is now a consultant of Wanda Tong & Company
